I had a Fitbug towards the end of last year - which I ordered through the Vitality Mall. I lost it at the beginning of this year, and have been struggling to get a new one since! The Vitality Mall no longer exists. My login details on the Fitbug website work sporadically. The one time I did manage to log in and place an order for a new bug - the site gave me an error on my delivery address. As I had no response from Fitbug regarding the problem, I e-mailed Vitality for help. They responded with an e-mail about how to log into the Fitbug website and order my new bug - CLEARLY didn't even read my e-mail, because the info wasn't relative to my problem!! It really shouldn't be this freaking difficult to get a stupid pedometer!!!
