Bad, uncaring attitude of Casualty Doctors

I would just like to report on the uncaring attitude of some Casualty Drs' (? Locums) at Linmed Casualty Dept. In September I came to casualty complaining of not feeling well. I was checked out by a female dr at the casualty dept who could " find nothing wrong with me" and very unsubtly suggested that I "perhaps go an see someone professionally" as my problems did not seem to be physical in nature. This after waiting in casualty for -3 hours in pain and feeling sick. I walked out if the department in tears and desperate. A week later I drove PAST Linmed and went to Glynnwood Hospital with the SAME complaints where I was admitted for... Wait for it... a Duodenal Ulcer!!! I stayed at Glynnwood 4.5 days and was then discharged with chronic treatment.
Last week I had severe pain in both my legs, they were (and are still) red, inflamed, tender and hot to the touch. The dr (male this time) did not even touch or examine me but only looked at the file. No medication was given to me to take home, instead I was told there was NOTHING they could do and I was sent home. I now have to pay a dr. over R400.00 for talking to me!!
This is disgusting and I will never go back there again!!
