Wrongfully Diagnosed by Casualty Docto

On Saturday, 15 June'13 at approximately 03:00am I was treated at Greenacres Casualty for a injured knee by one of the Casualty Doctors, Dr. Abrahams on duty. Upon treating my knee, he send me for X-rays. Upon checking out the X-rays, the casualty doctor on duty, Dr. Abrahams told me that there's no fracture present on the X-rays. On Tuesday, the 18 June'13, I went to go and see a GP and told him what happened, as well as what happened at Greenacres Casualty. A week later I went back to the GP still with pain in my knee, and he referred me to a chiropractor. On 25th June 2013 I went to go see the chiropractor and explained him the history of my knee injury, as well as what happened at Greenacres Casualty. After treating me he referred me to a orthopaedic surgeon. The surgeon accessed the X-rays again that was done on the 15th June 2013 at Greenacres, and upon looking at those X-rays, told me that there was a fracture shown clearly on those X-rays. and that is should have been picked up by a GP.New X-rays was done and shows clearly the fracture, and that the knee has actually worsened..I will be operated on the 01 August 2013, and feels the Hospital must compensate me for this terrible ordeal.
