Pathetic service - nonpayment of claims

Claims were submitted in September 2013, an amount of R10, 025.44 was to be paid into my account by eft as has been to process for years. I have been calling discovery almost weekly since then to follow-up. Each time I am told cheques have been issued to the amount by the finance dept and I demand that an eft be done instead. The consultant logs a request to the finance dept to force an eft and the consultant says they would call me back once they receive feedback. I receive no call backs and this goes on week after week with me calling, being on hold for ages each time while the new consultant does checks and follow-ups. Last week Wednesday a consultant called me back for the 1st time to tell me the payment will go through on Friday. A week later and still no payment. I am now on another call for over 45mins going through the same issues again. Definitely time to switch medical aids!
