After exhausting all options, I have to revert to hellopeter. After about 2 weeks of requesting for a adviser to contact me, emailing and making contact with a department requesting for them to contact me (I was on my cellphone and didn't want to spend half and hour on it) I am still waiting.
I find that if it's so difficult to join momentum, how difficult will it be to process claims?
Please could you follow up.
