I would just like to take the time to compliment Fedhealth for their outstanding service. This is not the first time I have really relied on them pulling through, and as always, I couldn't be more happy with the service and efficiency I received.
I added a dependent onto my account recently. She was subsequently Hospitalized. The case was referred to underwriters (as expected). I called Fedhealth and informed them the treating Doctor could not continue with treatment until authorization was processed. I called Fedhealth and within 1 hour the underwriters had reviewed the case and approved authorization.
To anyone that is not already on Fedhealth, i strongly suggest you reconsider your decision.
