This will be the second time we are complaining about the exact same thing, once again we took our son for his vaccinations today at Dischem, and once again Dischem was unable to claim from Fedhealth as the system is STILL not correct for them to do so, even though Fedhealth assured us that this will not happen again and that this will be sorted before our next visit!! If this is not sorted before the end of this week we will be cancelling our membership as this is now starting to become a joke!
