I would like to understand how you can treat customers with the disrespect of this medical facility's accounts.
Why can you get hold of me when you want to hand me over to the Credit Bureau; but sending a normal invoice like all other companies do is too much to ask?
I don't do business with companies that treat me like a criminal.
Please remember to pay your telephone bill in the future; so that you can phone your customers to inform them about outstanding bills. That way you will look professional, and your customers will use you in the future.
