Went on a cruise from Durban to Cape Town, departed on the 9th of January supposed to arrive Monday morning in C.T. We were told on the sunday morning we would be docking on the Morning due to adverse weather reports, what a joke, when we arrived the weather was fine and the next morning it was fantastic weather with calm seas... strange... when we disembarked we were given a bill of 24 US dollars which did not add up yet the lady at reception would not listen to reason and simply said ' that is what you owe'.
One cannot incurr debt on the ship so besides the mini bar of 12 dollars I don't know where the rest came from, we also still had dollars on our onboard 'credit card' which they refused to check the balance of to deduct from our bill.
