In July 2013 I was admitted to the casualty ward in Lenmed for about 2hrs due to GASTRITIS. 4months later I get an account that a co-payment of R205 is required as per my medical aid. A month later, I contact them requesting banking details and I am told that the account has been handed over to Lexmed and I must contact them to make payment arrangements. Not a single phone call was received from Lenmed and they have the audacity to hand me over??? This is unfair and I refuse to be bullied by Lenmed and their incompetency. Why on earth would it take 4months to issue an account???
