I looked at the statements I got from Bank Med and every claim shows that it will be apid by Care Cross the man that I spoke to at Care Cross did not have time to explain or look up if my claims were paid and the difference that I have to pay he just said in a very rude manner "you have reached your limit for the year" I tried to find out what claims have been paid by Care Cross but think again why the Bank want us with Bank Med I can't understand they give us no satisfaction and we pay the same premium that the manager pay that earns 20% more than the clerk is the office.
If bank Med and Care Cross are holding hand than surely my statement from Bank med is suppose to also show the claims that have been paid. Know all of a southern I'm getting e-mails from the doctors telling me that they handing my account over but no were on the system can I see which Doctors have already been paid.
I send them an e-mail last week Friday and the auto reply e-mail said 48 hours but this to me is longer than 48 hour and there offices are open on a Saturday.
