I having being begging to have more doctors in the Actonville area and this is the response I get again from BankMed Care-Cross. I have explain this before and many time to your team that in the Actonville area there is over 10 doctors that are operating in this area. My requests always gets rejected. You simply do not want to give clients better services. I will always get calls from carecross that they will investigate and revert back to me and then I will always get an e-mail stating that BANKMED CARECROSS cannot assist me. My daughter is now SICK (do you care) and I am at work. How is she suppose to get to the doctors in the most dangerous areas like CLOVERDENE, DAVEYTON, WATTVILLE, RYNFIELD, BENONI, MACKENZIE PARK. AND YOU STILL TELL ME THAT PILLAY-LUNGOOMIAH K WILL GIVE ME A SCRIPT . I MUST GO TO Medikredit enabled pharmacy to get medication. I called them and spoke to a lady by the name of Ethlyn and my ref number is 2301054 and she advised me that she is based in JHB TOWN. She told me that I can go to any pharmacy and I will get the medication. Let me tell you that as soon as they know I am on BankMED CARECROSS they get scared to assist me as they will tell you straight
