REJECTED CLAIMS, NO FEEDBACK ABOUT INVESTIGATION

I cannot even begin to explain how dissatisfied I am with the service I am getting from CareCross and the lack of feedback from Bankmed also. I have logged 3 complaints already and I still have not been contacted with feedback about the investigation into my claims. I put in a dental claim for R2000 which I paid out of my own pocket, I was then told it would be rejected because my dentist was not on the network, in the same breathe I was told that if I was not happy with the dentists in my area that Carecross would have requested for my dentist to become a part of their network. my dentist however requested a month before my procedure to be contracted to carecross, WHY AM I PAYING MEDICAL AID??? and what is the use of using a carecross dentist when previous claims were also not paid out in full to me??? I was told by Wayne Mackrill of Carecross that he would investigate this, and still I have not received feedback. I will continue to log complaints until Carecross gets back to me with positive feedback. they are not even willing to meet me half way and pay this claim as a once off as I explained before. and because my medical aid is with Bankmed I expect a response from them also.
