I sent an email to client service mailbox on the 5/11 and and resent the email on the 11/11 and still no feedback/response??? Since the change from Care cross to this essential 1 doctor I must say im not impressed as i now have to go to doctors that I am not used to. On one occasion I went to 2 doctors and was turned away and told that they no longer accept essential med but strange enough one of those doctors is on their list. I then had to drive around trying to find a doctor as my daughter was ill and eventually had to call your contact centre to tell me where to find a doctor. I was eventually told to go to another doctor and had to sit outside for an hour as the doctor was on lunch and eventually we were attended to. The receptionist then told me to check if they have been paid as they have had a few instance where claims were not paid. has the list of doctors been updated and when trying to nominate a doctor im getting an error messag on your website. Last month my account was debited on the 24th not sure why when it should be the 25th as per agreeement and I ended up paying bank fees for the unpaid debit order. Im truly saving second thoughts about Essesntial...
