No feedback on emails, phone calls & still unhappy

I contacted Spec Savers Alberton to order a repeat on my contact lenses on the 21 January. I called and explained that I have recently changed medical aid and they need to update it and I would like to order a 6 month supply for contacts, as I usually do. I sent off an email with my request after had spoken to Charmaine, in the email it gave all my details with a copy of my new medical aid card. I assumed all was ordered and I was waiting for a call to collect my contacts. After 2 weeks I still hadnt heard and decided to call on friday 31st of Jan. I chatted to a staff member who had no clue about what I was talking about and she asked me to resend the email. I called shortly after only to find out that the contacts had not yet been ordered. I was highly off. I complained and requested they get them ordered NOW. I then called again on sat to be told that they get delivery on monday and they are sure they will be there. Its now wednesday and I called again only to be told that they dont have stock and there is a 3 week back log on orders?? Does no one know what they are doing! Now i can only receive a trial pair while I wait? Even though I have been waiting for 3 weeks!
