Lodging a complaint here is a last resort - I have tried through the call centre, emails and walk in centre to action a few rather straight forward instructions. I needed to Add a Dependent. No matter what I asked, it never got implemented. I sat for 2 hours at the Walk Inn Centre, I received reference numbers, only to walk out and discover a day later that nothing had been done. I then revisited the centre, and elevated my complaint to Thershen Naidoo. It took two more visits with Thershen (after receiving inaccurate information from the call centre) to finally get anywhere. I emailed a complaint to Disc Health's Head of Service, Mujeeb Bray - and although I received a token phone call, none of what I addressed was actually followed up on.
It has become comical, for every request I have, I land up having to repeat the process several times. I have visited the walk in centre 3 times in the last two months, each time trying to resolve the exact same issues. Each time I leave with a new ref number, and each time nothing happens.
This is becoming tiresome. I have been an Exec Member for several years. I expect more. And I expect a far easier ride than the one I have had thus far.
