I have been trying to get a claim correctly settled since March for a medication I bought in January 2013.
What I have tried so far
*Phoned the call centre FOUR times and have 4 separate reference numbers (Ref1: 2782830652; Ref2: 2797660398;Ref3: 2836224127; Ref4: 92844848224) and each time the very courteous call centre agent promised to 'call me back' - no one ever did.
*Emailed [Email Removed] on 21st May 2013 with a comprehensive and irate letter. I received an automated message with another reference number (2860290144) and was told I would be contacted within 3 working days - never got a response
*on 31 May I emailed the Head of Services (Mujeeb Bray [Email Removed] whole story. A few days later, I received a phone call! The gentleman explained what needed to be done, said it would take a few days and he promised he would email me his contact details and keep me informed.
Today is 13 June and I have not heard a word or received an email with contact details...
To say that I am disgusted is putting it mildly
