Shocking Service!!!

In September 2013 I subscribed to Woman's Health magazine through Discovery Mall. The amount was immediately deducted off of my account.

By October I had still received no issue, so I phoned and was told that I could expect the November issue. Halfway through November I had still not received a copy of my subscription and after about three lots of phone calls and emails I finally received a copy.

The same process of phone calls and emails had to be followed to receive my December copy towards the end of December when the January copies were already on the shelves in the shops.

When my January issue had not arrived I decided to cancel my subscription. I was told I would receive a partial refund die to the two copies I had received. That was two weeks ago and I have still not received my money back.

Discovery has been very efficient in deducting money from my bank account, however delivering the services I have paid for is clearly not high on their list of priorities. I would like to know what has happened to my refund as well. The service or lack thereof has been completely shocking! It is not a very comforting thought to know that these people are behind my medical aid!
