I still have NOT recieved my magazines!!

I am quite upset! after several calls and emails I have still not received my Runners World or Women's Health magazine!
the last email said the below:
Dear Ms Edelman
Thank you for your email asking if you must purchase this month's edition.
You will still receive your Runner's World first edition and your Women's Health order is being investigated as per the previous communication.
As soon as we have feedback, the agent will respond and inform you accordingly.

The Runners World subscription was ordered on 12 August 2013 the magazines are still in turnaround time as it takes six to eight weeks for the first issue to be received.
