Ranvir said that I am "wasting his time" and that I sent him on a "Wild Goose chase" He forgets that my patronage pays his salary and ultimately that he is fortunate to have a job. He and Megan Baker failed to call me after leaving several messages. Megan promised that an amount of R1600 would be settled to the hospital. However only R1000 was settled. After querying this, Ranvir and Megan started avoiding my calls.
Being a pensioner, and paying R4000 a month towards medical aid, naturally I am sensitive to my medical bills and will make every effort to recover costs from my medical aid. However, after spending so much effort on telephone calls i am left to believe that Momentum is doing me a favour.
They hide behind the call center bureaucracy and it appears that there is no penalty for sub standard service.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MOMENTUM HEALTH.
