My husband and I stayed in the Radisson Blu Gautrain Hotel on Friday 5 July.
We are frequent travelers and stayed in the likes of the Rio Othon Palace in Rio, Da Vinci and the Palace at Sun City before. We were pleasantly surprised by your Hotel and especially at the phenomenal treatment we received, during our stay.
The Staff members are professional, friendly and helpful. The Hotel Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable.
A special 'THANK YOU' to Tanja Berg and Raymond Njoko (Guest Relations Manager) for their constant concern for our comfort. Raymond ensure that we felt 'Welcome' in the Hotel with his personal attention to detail. We felt so spoilt! They are an asset to your Hotel.
