Worst travel agent ever! 2 weeks at Calidyne Sur Mer, Mauritius. Tried to move to other hotel 1st day, asked that Delene Brown assist. She was so rude, screaming & putting phone down in our ear! Fast to take your money - but zero customer service thereafter! Had no water in our unit to name 1, she had this don't-care attitude towards our complaints. Said we can move to other hotel but will have to pay upfront again & when we're back in SA we have provide proof of our issues at hotel, she'll "recon" our account and then decide if she'll refund us. She organized our holiday but basically left us stranded at hotel which is NOT a 3-star as she claimed other half truths. Staff at hotel did more for us than Travel Zone. She treated me like a child! Not impressed with her holier than thou attitude. Should've stayed by my trusted travel agent who had helped in very other difficult situations. To crown it off she had the audacity to send untrue sms's to other very UNHAPPY customers of her at same hotel about us. Unprofessional! Lesson learned, if it sounds too good to be true - it usually is! Don't let her you out of your hard earned money & spoil your holiday!
