DISCOVERY HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE STAF

Good day

I had a problem with my medical aid, I gave birth to my baby on the 08/10/2013 by caesarean section, on the 10th /10/2013 the medical aid then deposited the amount of 3980.00 in my bank account due to the fact that a certain doctor made a claim and then that same doctor later reversed that claim, now the money in the account was consumed by my loans because I had areas in that bank account if they warned me that they are depositing money in my account I would have given them a different account number or made an alternative my question to them is why did they deposit money in my account without informing me, why didn't they deposit it in the doctors account I was in hospital and could not even go to the bank or have access to my bank account at that time now the medical aid wants me to pay the money because the doctor reversed the claim and the money was deposited already

1. I have two kids and my budget cannot afford to have an extra unnecessary expense, i am willing to pay off the debt but they say they are giving me 6months then they will take the matter to their lawyers and I cannot afford I would like you to help me to at least extend the period of time
