Due to other reasons I terminated my membership with Discovery in January of 2013. In November of 2013, a very large premium came off of my account for a membership that was inactive for MONTHS.
In normal circumstances this would be called but in this case it's just business.
I phoned the call center agents to try and help but spoke to five different people that were unable to help or didnt even bother to phone me back. REF - 3138870382, 3151443546
