Hi

I won a voucher from National Geographic Africa last week, Its for 5 nights at the Protea Hotel
The Winkler. We were very excited and started planning our trip for April.

We received the voucher today via courier and to our surprise it expires next month! Surely you cant give away prizes that doesn't atleast have a 6month vailidity to it? On the voucher it says
1 September 2013-28 February 2014 but the competition was only held last week and I only got the voucher TODAY- 16 January 2014.

Please could you extend the voucher date and use the original 6 months that the voucher is valid for
and not from when it was printed but from when we received it or from when the competition was held?
