Steers recently held a competition for the launch of the Twice the Slice burger. The competition was held on Twitter where the prize winners were sent a direct message to inform them they had won a voucher from Steers. The Friday after that we were sent a message to say the vouchers had been dispatched.
This all happened a few weeks ago. I have sent several messages on Twitter to Steers quering the voucher and when it would arrive. We were also asked to send a DM if we had not yet received our prizes, I have done that but still no response from Steers.
I would like to know what has happened to the voucher I won and when would it arrive? At the moment it all looks like a from Steers. Please get someone to respond to my query as soon a possible.
