For the last 4 years I have received the WRewards Voucher and for the last 4 years by the time the voucher reached me it is out of date. I have complained about this to Woolworths in the past but never have I been contacted. Why do they actually send it if you can't spend it. The date on the letter is 12 November but I only received the voucher in January 2014, by which time as before the voucher is out of date. It is valid for approximately 1 month.
