There are very few times I receive excellent service, I am happy to report that is all I received from Eloise Hyland (Reservations Manager) and the staff at the Maximillien Restaurant. I decided to "something special" for my partner's birthday and from the moment I contacted Eloise, she has done everything possible to make our stay and dinner absolutely outstanding. Her ideas and advice were superb and she did everything possible to make our evening an unforgettable one. From the complimentary upgrade to the personal touches at the Maximillien Restaurant, Eloise's effort was seen though-out and it really blew us away; she even greeted us at the restaurant to ensure we were satisfied. I will recommend this lovely hotel and the Fabulous Eloise to anyone who is planning a special occasion - it is so worth it!
