I don't know what sort of people you have employed but this is really unprofessional.
The service I received from the word go is rubbish!
I received a quote from Tracy for my wife's glasses which included contact lenses.
my medical aid pays a total of R1200 for specs and frames, and they pay the consult, which left a shortfall of R1500 odd, I was told if I pay 50% of the shortfall which was R750 upfront then they would go ahead with the glasses, the shortfall has been submitted to be paid from my savings on my medical aid.
After paying the R750, I emailed it through twice and still I was told no one has seen any proof of payment, so I drove through and dropped it in person. I was told that the Invoice, that you guys would only provide me with once the 50% deposit was made, would not include the contact lenses that was on the quote because you cant invoice something you don't have in stock, then why put it on the quote and make me pay!!!
My wife comes to collect her glasses on the 14/01/14 and your front desk woman tells her she must pay R750 because this is outstanding, this is after she told me on the phone there is no payment required, what the, the invoice is for R2395.80 t
