I sent through a claim from sunninghill radiology in Nov 2013 and again in Jan 2014 and still havent received a response from bankmed. The radiology deprtment called bankmed regarding the bill and was advised that the member has resigned from the medical aid. My husband resigned as main member end of Aug and I took over as main member on the 1st Sep... no break in membership. I would like to know why the claim has not been settled.
