So after my report 3weeks ago, im still waiting for a response from emperors palace!
Needless to say besides a solution to my problem or an apology, I didnt even receive a courtesy call from the hotel, for allof theinconvenience and heartache and complete ruining of my weekend!
When it comes down to customer service I guess peermont has a lot to learn from other well known hotel brands like Sun International or Tsogo sun or even Protea hotel for that matter!
