To whom it may concern.
I stayed at the Peermont Met Court Hotel on Friday night after a late night at the casino and restaurants with a few of my friends. And I was shocked with the service I received or lack of. I was woken up at 8 oclock by house keeping after I replied they continued to come in to the room. I think its really uncalled for that I have to be woken up so early on a saturday morning. To further my frustrations there was no hot water so having a shower was out of the question. Nobody had the courtesy to give any of us a call to inform us there was no hot water. I think from a hotel like this one. One should expect better then this.
