I had surgery done on my knee at Unitas last week (7, 8, 9 Jan) Right from signing in at reception up until leaving the hospital I received the BEST care I could have asked for. A man called Daniel Mosoma was there when I woke up in the recovery room. Previously, I had a terrible experience, but was surprised at how great Daniel was! He so polite, gentle and friendly. In my ward, (Ward 1A) my nurses were brilliant, especially a nurse called Mary. They constantly checked up on me and made sure I was happy and comfortable. A student nurse, Mamsy, was very helpful in every way. On discharge, no porters were available, so doctor that discharged me took me out on a wheelchair herself. The food was great too! :D
