Msc has the worst call centre service. I called their 087 number at 16.35 on 13 January 2014 they quoted a waitin time of 8 minutes for the call to be answered. At 19.h00I am still holdin on for them to help me with my query. If they initially quoted me the correct waitin time I would not have waited but drove from port shepstone to durban and went. In personally to their durban office. My phone bill wil be very high and I feel msc should be held liable for this.
