I would just like to say that it doesn't help having specials if you can not get through to your call centre. I have now been waiting for 45 minutes to try and make a booking with a Groupon voucher. Then the switchboard still gets rude when you query how long a person must wait to make a booking. It is shocking the service that is been received and for a first time customer I am far from impressed - hope the service is not this terrible on your cruises!!!
