We where at Kokoriba for 2013 Christmas holiday and paid R 9 750 for the stay. This was the 5th year we went there. In the past we had umbrellas outside chalets, now..non existing, we sit in the sun. On New Years Eve Kokoriba announced that pap & gravy will be supplied by them, we just bring meat. On arrival all the braais where occupied, once our meat where done we asked for pap & gravy... it was finished!! I complained to Driekie that we didn't prepare anything with the meat as we expected pap & gravy - her reply: THERE IS BREAD, TAKE SOME. I was shocked at her rudeness & asked why they made smaller pots of pap & gravy and offer it to the whole resort? Johan joined in & denied that smaller pots where used, which is a lie. I complained & told him that I am not happy with their attitude, we will not have another holiday at Kokoriba - his reply: IF THAT'S HOW YOU FEEL, THAT'S FINE...& walked away. As a owner of a company myself, I want to ask the owner of Kokoriba, is this how you want YOUR management to treat paying guests? Kokoriba staff spoiled our New Years Eve, we had steak and bread for supper, my grandkids as well! WE WILL NEVER HAVE ANOTHER HOLIDAY AT KOKORIBA... EVER!!!
