Hi, my husband & I also experienced the same. Our booking was for the 4th of January 2014 and payment was made on 11 December 2013. When we got to the gates the guard told us the same story that the hotel has been liquidated and no-one bothered to inform us. We have not yet started looking for a refund, not sure if it's worth our trouble or not.
