I am currently trying to add my father to my medical aid, as he have not work and is dependent on me, I had first added my mother about two years ago as at that time I could not yet add him to my medical aid, but I can add him now.
I had not so much hassles with adding my mother to my medical aid. But now the tor as I can say had foll of its little stick the person in the admin department.
I can give them details I have, and my dad was also previously on Discovery for two years until he lost his work in 2009 from there he could not get work and could not go on a medical aid, so now they give him a penalty of 15 to 35 years not on medical aid, if that was they case they would have charged him penalties on his first application to discovery. now they reply they cannot account for him for 22 years, for goodness sake they can see he was when he was at sasel oxy what ever and discovery further he was in RBMR medical aid platinum health, that is more then what 12 years ago so how in the world.
can someone with more brains please sort out this matter as I cannot believe people that work at discovery is not qualified.
