My husband and I booked for the Observatory in November an amount of R380, due to it raining they moved us to the hedgewick which we were happy about and they were meant to deduct this amount from the bull as the R380 is for the astronomer. They did not do this and we have been mailing for 2 months to iether get a refund or make a new booking of which they have failed to reply or answer their telephones. I find this very dissapointing. I took friends with bragging about the experience and this has put a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully they can have the decensy to respond and resolve this matter. Its pure.
