Medipost dropped off a medical parcel for my husband and he accepted it only because the delivery guy from MEIDPOST wouldn't take it back. We then contacted Medipost and they came and collected it. Now the fees for this of approximately R725 were meant to be reversed as they took the medicine back. This has still not been done and Gems actually owes us a refund of R380 from another medical account which they deducted off this bill and say we now owe them R325 odd - however - they are well aware that the medicine was returned and yet they had the CHEEK to blacklist my husband due to their ERROR. So now they owe US R380 and have blacklisted us? I have sent them proof of sending document back via email, fax and post and even proof from Medipost that the amount was reversed and NO-ONE is trying to help - REALLY TERRIBLE COMPANY THIS!!! WE WANT THE BLACKLISTING REMOVED and WE WANT PROOF OF THIS MATTER BEING SETTLED WITH US NOT OWING GEMS ANYTHING - AND WE WANT OUR REFUND OF R380!!! THANK WE AREN'T WITH THIS COMPANY ANYMORE!!!
