Poor Service for Pensione

After numerous emails back and forth and asking my Father who is a pensioner to send through affidavits, i am still nowhere near resolving thier medical aid plan for next year. My father is 63 years old and does not own a vehicle, my mother is a housewife I pay thier medical aid and a such they are on the Ingwe plan with the lowest possible contibution. On the anniversary of thier first subscription, it is a requirement that we send through affidavits and proof of income etc. This was sent through on the 9th of December and with no further feedback stating Momentum requires another seperate affidavit for my Father alone as the one he sent through included my mother until i called this morning to query if all is in order. My parents now have to spend more money and take a taxi to send through an additional affidavit for my father alone. Whilst I understand this is a low cost option, surely the service should be better than this.
