We do not get the full benefit of this programme. So called "free" scans are not free, what a waste of my time!!! Claims are not processed and just abandoned and nobody gets back to us to confirm why it has not been paid. Poor turn-around-time and empty promises!!! With a new baby here in about a month's time, you are making my life!!!
