I submitted my new prescription from my dermatologist - and to date i have not received any feedback from you guys - note - i have been off the other medication since last year - and Bankmed is now dragging their legs in giving me a response - and i am getting a bit tired of it now.
I need my medication - can someone get that - and do something about it ASAP - my HEALTH is at risk here - one would expect the best service for the exorbitant amount of money one pays - this is the first time being treated like this by bankmed.
