Can someone please explain to your customers why in your Multiply test process Triglycerides are not checked.
Its clearly been shown in studies by Mehdi H. Shishehbor, Byron J. Hoogwerf, Michael S. Lauer and another study by Protasio Lemos da Luz, I Desiderio Favarato, I Jose Rocha Faria-Neto Junior, II Pedro Lemos, I and Antonio Carlos Palandri Chagas that an abnormal ratio of triglycerides to HDL-cholesterol (TG/HDL-c) indicates an atherogenic lipid profile and a risk for the development of coronary disease.
Studies actually show that Total and LDL cholesterol are poor indicators of risk compared to other markers, like the Triglyceride: HDL ratio
Why are Triglycerides not covered in your health program?
