Inability to provide basic information

Went to my network doctor for routine medical tests and blood was taken for sugar, cholesterol etc.
Blood was sent to a pathology lab for results and testing.
The medical aid was billed but one of the tests which included triglyceride testing (for some reason the medical aid doesn't cover this which is crucial in any basic vascular health testing) was not covered.
I would like to pay the pathology lab that attempted to bill the medical aid but your call centre cannot provide me with their contact or banking details.
What do I do?

In addition, what Im lead to believe is only LDH and HDH is tested and paid for by the medical aid under pathology. Why is this the case when Triglyceride testing is so vital. One could have members who are at serious risk of vascular complications thinking they are healthy members when in fact they are at risk. The pin tests are known to be inaccurate. Why is this the case as the standard set in managing member health?
