On the front of the cereal box it is mentioned in big "high in omega 3" yet
According to the ingredients on the back of the box, it has a 1:7 ratio between omega 3:6 which according to every of the many many studies performed this is bad for ones health (especially the heart) and in most studies bad for ones mood and concentration. The amount of Omega 3 you need is dependant on the amount of omega 6 you take in according to every study. Not only is this a bad and unhealthy ratio (not terrible but still bad) but it is also an inferior form of omega 3 as only a small percentage of it is converted in the body to a usable form.
Shame on you future life for marketing this in a way that makes it seem good for a person by failing to advertise facts with all the information needed to make a sound decision. This is misleading of you. You are being honest and a misleading way. I'm not complaining about the ratio as it's bad but not all that bad, it's how you advertise it.
I have since stopped taking futurelife & take a multivitamin as I care bout the importance of balancing my omegas.
