After 9 weeks of being send around and after logging a Hello Peter report my daughter was added. But now they gave her a waiting period for late application but i mean it took then 2 months to do my application.. now my daughter have a 3 month waiting period but was on medical aid before. They don't even want to assist me or my broker as they are not capable to do their work. I cant attached any document to the complaint because there no way to do it.
