BONITAS MAKING OUR INFORMATION PUBLIC?

I contacted Bonitas Medical Aid via e-mail. Five days later, I received an e-mail from a person called Kelane Farrimond, saying that he was placed in charge of my enquiry and how can he assist me. I explained the situation to him and asked what I should do - truly believing that he will be able to assist me. In stead, I receive an e-mail back from him stating:

"I am a medical aid broker and suggest that you make me a broker on her medical aid. You and your daughter will then deal with me to do all changes, claims, pre authorization and enquiries. I will then assist with any advice she needs and basically look after her medial aid needs. This will ensure that you do not need to work through call centres and will have a direct contact with me. My commission if 2.9% of the premium, maximum R79.80. I have attached more information on my company for your perusal.

You could go to their call centre but may not be see to your unique situation"

If he is not working for Bonitas, HOW DID HE GET ACCESS TO MY INFORMATION? What happened to Privacy??? Seems as if Bonitas is unable to deal with their own customers. It is a SHAME!!!
