I have just discovered that GEMS have suspended my medical aid due to their incorrect billing with my HR department . i have been quering all the Recons statements they have been sending to me and the only explanation given was that the amount they requested from Gov HR dept is not what was paid to them. now if thats the case, why the am i being suspended on my benefit whereas they can sort it out with the dept.
