Medical Bill not paid in full

My wife was admitted 0n the 03 Feb 13 to 05 Feb 2013 at Lenmed Hospital for an operation. On the 12 April 13 I received an sms from Lenmed that I owe them R1072.60. I then phoned bestmed for clarity Ref 5950825, I spoke with Nazley and she stated that lenmed should phone them because of the Item Code that they require. My wife contacted lenmed about the issue and they phoned bestmed. Lo and behold, Lenmed phoned my wife that she must phone Barren (Bestmed ref# 13001792) who told my wife that Lenmed charged R5883.55 for LAPAROSCOPY CATEGORY. From the Lenmed statement they only charged R1681.50 from a limit of R4000. Now who is above board here? Total Lenmed claim was R21067.52 and Bestmed Paid R19994.92 diff = R1072.60.

Clearly there is an admin problem with bestmed from their representatives (Barren & Nazley).

From the above I only need my medical bill to be sttled in full that's
